I'm sorry to say that after 50 consecutive MYA Challenges I've decided it's time to hang it up. Instead of running, I'm thinking of taking up Paddleboard Aerobics. I hear it's really good for the core and gets your heartrate up at the same time. But most of the people I know who do it are on the Standard Process Diet so I guess I'll be trying that. I'll only be able to eat a small list of fruits and vegetables and a couple of legumes, but I hear it really works. I hope I don't bulk up too much. I'm worried I might get too big when I tone up since a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat. Thank you all so much for being on this journey with me. I can't think of a better group of people to spend April Fools Day with.0

And here I am... alive. back. I hope! Feeling motivated to be back!
I'm going to go for a goal of 90... and I've accomplished 18.6 of those already0 -
I am going for 175 miles. If I hit higher like March, I will up it. Now that my dad is home and I am cleaning out my room for a big renovation job, finishing journal for eval....not sure of miles. Hopefully my cycling will increase. Thanks for all the positive words on my dad. He is still on a slippery slope. His legs are swelling again now that they removed his Lasix abut we have to see the kidney specialist before they start him back on in 20 days. I will have to monitor his weight to watch for weight gains.
Thanks to all our recorders of which we would not be here without you. Janet...all the best on your marathon.

Yikes Janet; I am hoping this is a prank....cause it just would not be the same with you not here. Almost as bad as me emptying an entire bus today and keeping on 7 of the best kids to tell them that they were going to be seeing the principal today for some inappropriate behavior on their bus. I think most of them were in total shock including their bus driver until I told them it was an April Fool's Day joke.
Apri. 1: 16.5 miles of biking 9.5 miles and walking 7 miles

Welcome back, hkristine1.
@clepant - funny!
We were planning to take it easy today and stay off our feet. But we wanted to go check out the start and finish lines for tomorrow's race (communications have been somewhat lacking in detail) and next thing I know I've walked 5 miles.0 -
