I did a good sweaty 6.0 miles on the stationary recumbent bike after I did my weight routine this morning at the gym. I've dropped 17lbs in the last two weeks with working out and eating super clean. Feeling better than I have in months.

April goal is 120 miles walking/biking (mostly walking)
4/1 to 4/3- 15.07 miles walking

Go Dave!! I'd settle for losing 1.7 ounces, let alone 17 lbs ... The scale has not been kind.
I'm logging 3.6 miles, a little of it is estimated (probably under). I took a HIIT class this morning and part of it was sprints on the turf, 40 seconds at a time, followed by a 20 second squat - for four minutes at a time. And we did four of them. Then my usual walking on my own.

@Dave: I second that. What a fantastic job of being dedicated to good health. I just want to say congrats. I am glad you are reaping the benefits of being healthy. And could you work off my last ten pounds so I can get to my official running weight.0 -
