Go Dave!! I'd settle for losing 1.7 ounces, let alone 17 lbs ... The scale has not been kind.
Thanks! You're a LOT closer to your goal weight than I am...I still have a BUNCH to go yet so it comes off a little easier. I still have a good 100lbs to get rid of. But thank you again. I feel like I'm at least on my way!

Well thank you and @CPANUS and @CLEPANT, too!! I have been really trying hard and it hasn't been too awful... lol My knee was a little angry with me last night, but I'm listening to it and taking a rest day today. Sending some of my good juju your way too!

Adding another 20 miles for 63 out of 250. I hate threshold tests but they are a gage to see where you're at. Because, if you don't know where you're at, how can you tell where you're going?0 -

I got a shorter, easier 1.3 mile lunch walk in to test the waters with my knee. It felt pretty good during and after. I will probably try to hit my stationary bike tonight too.
