  • I finally hit the 3.2 miies today, with the help of my brother/running partner. It took us 40 min. .we did some walking, running and speed burst. It felt great, I rewarded myself with a super long stretching routine.:happy:
  • C25k three times a week, aqua aerobics twice a week, then strength training at least once a week and then if I have time to exersice any more then that ,I just do what feels right.:bigsmile:

  • I've found homemade soup is great for lunch. Most soup (if they are not cream based) are low in calories an packed with taste and nutrients . One if my favorites is cauliflower soup.easy to make ,you can find the recipe online. Just look up cauliflower soup. Lol have fun.
