Happy Friday guys! I didn't give up but my injuries hold me back to do the exercises posted here. However, I start it Birkam Yoga and it is amazing. After my first class , I was in such pain , that I couldn't get to the washroom. Today ,I am proud to say that. this week,, I will go there four times:) Oh, yeah!:)

Happy Easter ! I have to admot , this challenege is harder than I thought. My muscles are sore( it is hard to try to get up from a chair....LOL....) I will take a rest day and from next week , I will taking this a little bit easier.I will not give up! Have an amazing weekend everyone! Diana

Dukan Diet ( sorry for "diet":) ) did wonders for me . Even if I had to go through rough times I was able to keep off 8 pounds . I have a thyroid dysfunction and I can gain weight when I am at 1500 cals .At that rough times I ate french fries ..... a lot .....Now I am back on Dukan and the pounds just go off......
