  • I love rice crackers with a bit of hummus or avocado spread over it. Doesn't go over 40kcal per cracker I believe! Don't forget the salt and pepper!
  • Thanks for your reply! I cook quick meals on the busy days, 15minutes tops, but I could prepare a salad or other cold meal in the weekend to get a head start - good tip, thanks! My blood pressure is on the lower side, so I can get a bit dizzy without food!
  • I can't tell my scouts I will be an hour late, haha :smiley: But I could be later at my other hobbies, you're right, I will do that tonight. And I don't cook for my (non-existing) husband, lol. Didn't know I came across as a housewive, but apparently I did! :wink:

  • I'm doing a version of the 5K programme, but I'm having difficulties finishing the last part of the training. After two hiatus (Christmas skiing holiday and illness) I had to pick up again as if I went back 2 weeks. Which sucks for motivation :wink: Now that I'm almost back on track, I can't seem to get to running…

  • Hi thanks for this! I am posting my exercise, and still use all my (extra) calories. I know, I love a bit of alcohol, but there's so many calories in it! I sometimes switch to gin and soda if I want a drink but can't have any more calories added, which helps a bit!
