  • this quote is SO wonderful!!! I want to use it for my tops group--which is "take off pounds sensibly." every member will be able to relate!! bryanna--I bet SO many people read your post and almost broke their necks nodding with your confessions!! i'm betting on you winning and getting to your goal--no matter how long it…
  • i can see why you have lost all that weight--no, it wasn't easy for you but you stuck to it. i am a friend of ameliafaith's and i hope she is as motivated by you as i am!!!! ok if i use some of what you said at my weight loss group?! you are honest in your comments but you don't make anyone feel stupid or like they can't…
  • sometimes you just feel like it sucks to have to worry, work so darn hard, not eat what you want and worry somemore!!!! but i like the quote when you feel like giving up, remember why you started. it's still going to suck but you KNOW you have to keep going. and don't you love that you can get SO much encouragement when…

  • i like the grumpy grandfather!!! anything to keep you motivated:)
  • i love them but usually eat them for an evening snack--i don't have the bloating but definitely have the gas! you can get rid of the stuff early morning hopefully before you go to work.
  • fruit is always a good choice. check for hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, some of the cereal and maybe toast.
  • it totally stinks when you try and try and don't feel like anything is working. eating what you want out of frustration is ok every once in a while but get back into thinking you can do this!! i wish the weight would fall off easily but it sure doesn't!! good luck and keep on trying.
  • check in the database for calories burned while cleaning. and i think you can weigh in when it works for you--no set day.
  • i have tried the plain greek yogurt and cannot eat it!!! but the chobani flavored greek yogurt is delicious--a few more calories than yoplait light but if it's better for you then i can eat it every once in a while.
  • you need to ask yourself--are you really going to be able to say "i screwed up but it's not the end of the world" weigh in, face the consequences and start again. BUT if you know you will start eating alot again then it might be good to wait.
  • i'll be checking in on this one!! i love my coffee and drink a pot a day. haven't seen any good results so far tho:wink:
