logging everything I eat, keeping within my calories and macros and going to gym mon-fri after work. I do miss the odd day when I get caught up at work or have duties. :)

I set myself mini goals :)but my aim is to get to 12st! so i'm a healthy BMI. Just 1st13lbs till I reach it. 4 month till I go to Ibiza so lets hope!!! :)

when you loose muscle it slows the metabolism. its important to do weights also as it burns alot of cals and maintains your muscle. so yeah the scale may not budge but the inches can come off because muscle weighs more.

I started yesterday.. :) very optimistic.. cleared my kitchen.. bought new healthier food.. made a food plan with calorie tracker and exercise plan that suits me and my job... looking to loose that 2 stone... good luck to everyone :flowerforyou:
