I get my bottoms form Walmart and most of my tops from Kohl's. They have a brand called Tek that is really nice and there are loads of colors.

Drink a full glass of water before you put any food in your mouth. It really helps with the cravings you get...besides sometimes you are thirsty more than hungry.

I just started level 2 yesterday and for once, I look forward to getting up at 5:30 in the morning to get a workout in! By the end I am sweating pretty good but it sure feels nice to know I DID it. My Husband is 6'9" and has a 36" waist. For years he had a 34" waist but that was jsut too skinny!

Just be firm and say no. LA Fitness has great classes and what I like best is that they do not charge for each of the classes! In my area, the LA Fitness facility is the best one going and I never have to wait on machines. :smile:

I do an extra cardio workout or a yoga session. Two a days are great at taking the weight off fast. Just don't overdo it. I even do situps and pushups during commercials when I watch TV. As the say goes, "Every little bit helps!"

Try a glass of milk after your workout not only is it a good post workout drink but it has sleep inducing properties as well.

Make it a self esteem issue and they will probably do it for you. In the AF, I know of many that have had procedures done because of the self esteem factor. If that does not work, then get it done. It made a world of difference for me!

I did up some chicken breats with maple pecan coating last night in the oven and they were devine. I got the reciope off the back of a Panko bread crumbs box. It took 20 minutes and they were sooo good.

Yep, all the time. If a sauce or soup calls for it, I use it there too.

I use Greek honey and walnuts if I am eating it alone...too die for good. But otherwise I use it instead of sour cream almost all the time.

Doing ankle rotations helped me. While you are just sitting around, move your foot around in circles, both ways. It really does seem to help. Another thing you can do while you walk is to alternate you're walking with toe walking and heel walking. You don't to go far but try and work it in a few times while you are out…

A trick I use when I feel like I might want to quit is...I can do anything for XX minutes. So when you get to the 26 minute mark, tell yourself, I can run for 4 minutes. For some reason, when broken down, it sounds so much more doable!!! Keep it up!
