Logging accurately everyday forms good habits and has been essential for me. I have gone over on calories two days in two years. Both were fitversaries and I went over by less than 300 calories both days. Everyone is different, but rigidity works, no arguing it.

Weight loss is mostly diet. Exercise helps your fitness but isn't necessary to drop pounds.

I think it's the most important thing that people forget to do. It's easy to see the negatives, but there are tons of little things to celebrate along the way and it makes the process less terrible.

Sure, I'm 5'8" Highest known weight: 324, I did this rigidly for 2 weeks before I got on the scale so I probably started around 330-332, I knew it would be close, the wii fit balance board maxes out at 330 so I wanted to make sure I could weigh myself on it.. Current weight: 160 Goal weight: 155ish

That's probably the hardest part. I lost 75 pounds before a single person noticed, I lost 100 and still weighed 224 pounds.
