  • Are you even hungry at 5/6 when your parents eat? Also I wonder why you don't just eat dinner later. You're an adult, aren't you?
  • I've had to take this after months of no period. It took towards the end of the week to work for me, but everyone is different. Any weight you lose will be water weight. You're gain is most like from "mindless snacking." Don't rely on your period/birth control as a mechanism to lose weight.
  • I totally agree with this. When I was into Insanity (and sticking with it) my body went through a big change. Toning makes a big difference. Good luck!
  • Thanks everyone! It makes much more sense now. Based on the numbers and assuming I can stick to my routine (5k run and T25 alpha abs done today - woo!), I'm going to stick to around 1500 calories.
  • Thanks, OJ! MFP tells me 1200 should do the trick, but based on my BMR and activity level it seems low! I've done a strict 1200 cal diet before and I remember being incredibly hungry and groggy. I think I'll try logging at 1200-1400 and see what happens.
