Thanks for checking in :) How are you liking those BBL and P90x? Do you plan to do another round of CLX at some point? I'm in my last week of Push and will start Lean phase this weekend.

For that price range I would look into Spinning brand bikes. (spinning.com) I see that they have 2 models priced $449 and $349. I would also suggest looking at Craigslist. I bought a Lemond Revmaster from a condo building for around $400. I think it was a steal! since I imagine it didn't get that much use.

I would suggest what is called a "hybrid" bike. Something like the Trek FX.

I thought it was the opposite - the more in shape you are the *less* calories you burn? Your body has become more "efficient" it isn't working as hard as when you first started, etc. Maybe others will chime in.

I have not used those particular weights. I am in the push phase right now (where you lift the most weight) and the highest weight I use for anything is 17.5. I believe I haven't even noticed Chalene going above 25 for any of the exercises. So I think you would be good with those.

I ride a Trek Madone 3.1 WSD and they did an initial fit when I bought it. They do offer a more in depth fitting for a fee. I ride 15 miles 2 days a week and on the weekends 25-35. I know I could get more miles in if it wasn't for the feet issue :(
