Being depressed from a personal loss and injury. I was a person who channeled my emotions through exercise, but then I lost that ability for a full year of being on and off crutches and having restrictions to exercise. Food was my substitute and now I am paying for it.

I just put on a pair of jeans that haven’t fit since before my knee/leg injury 1.5 years ago!! Size 29 silver jeans (so size 7 normal size) and they fit perfectly!!! I noticed my other jeans wouldn’t even stay up with a belt but I didn’t think they were that far off. I had balloned up to a size 11 while injured and after…

Nope, actually really helped with my sugar cravings and cut out a ton of calories I would've spent guzzling regular sodas.

I do 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week and it has worked great for me! Do what works for you,but just remember to do warm up and cool downs. Also don’t ignore what your body is telling you! I enjoy the 30ish minute time frame because it is easier to fit into my day, but just do you and adjust to how you feel!

To be able to get back to my regular running. Curse knee injuries!! 3 months sidelined is too long!

I love anything spicy, especially things with vegetables or thai food. I honestly cook with so much siracha, peppers, onions and garlic that I have practically desensitized myself to the “actual” heat level. I am also very fond of many greek/mediterranian dishes, though I have actually never given thought to having…

Thanks! I will try a few of these, better than regular oatmeal!

I wish it were that simple, I haven’t found any breads, muffins, waffles, or bagels at the store that don’t contain eggs in the ingredients. (It probably helps to note I live in the middle of nowhere and only have a Walmart within an hour of my home) I would make them at home but I haven’t had any luck making eggfree…

I love the charge hr!! And my mother says the charge 2 is amazing as well!

Tilapia with lemon pepper and basil, coupled with white rice made with white wine vinegar, mushrooms, olive oil, onion and spinach mixed in for amazing flavoring. Takes maybe 15 minutes and is perfect!

The one I have access to I believe only goes to incline 10, but the resistance goes to 70 at least. Try boosting resistance up to 30, it is definitely feels like a bigger difference than 10 going to 20

I run to help with endurance, and do some individual leg and core work to help with form. Mostly make sure your muscles are balanced, having improperly balanced muscles increases the instance of injury. Also, try not to neglect your back muscles, also helps with form!

Nature's Way Alive women's multivitamin,a probiotic, and a brown rice protein powder with some stuff in it for "easier" digestion. All suggested by my doctor for various reasons/deficiencies and the reason brown rice instead of whey or other protein powder is lactose intolerance and egg allergy. So yay me! Seems to be…

I did 2.2 miles on the arc trainer today on resistance 15 in half an hour!!! So proud of myself! I havent done anything run-like in ages, and after only a week after starting to do that machine

May as well chime in.... I'm 5'5" 158lbs, pants vary a lot because I have a 28.5 inch waist and 35.5 inch hips :/ I'm looking to be around 140lbs or a 26 inch waist to fit in all of my old clothes, I have quite the awkward build though, so it may vary a bit.

Long story short, I was given oral steroids for a medical condition, increased my appetite, on top of severely injuring my ankle (fractured it in three spots) and not being able to run off what I was eating. I gained 25 pounds in two 1/2 months because of it (and mcdonalds to cover up my disappointment in not being able to…

I've lost 23 pounds (some before MFP) doing the 30 day shred, walking 2-6 miles a day with my dog (depends on the weather), and now have just started fitnessblender HIIT workouts, which are in my opinion fantastic!

Only 24 pounds down... But there's a little bit of a difference I think:) 20 more to go!

I was able to wear a pair of size 5 shorts today:) I was a size 13 (that was a tad bit tight) at christmas so yeah....one happy lady right here!!!!!
-
I tried on a pair of my old size 5 capris today, they buttoned, zipped, didn't feel constricting. Granted I still won't wear them until there is no trace of a muffintop, but going from being a size 13 a few months ago I am so happy!!
-
It took about 20 pounds for me before anyone commented on it.

I am just tired of always being known as the chubby girl, I want to feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time in a long time.

I lost .5 inch in my waist in the last two weeks, it's not that big a difference I guess. I am still seriously proud though.....yay mini-progress!!!
