    I'm currently on Level 2 and it is killing me!! I will be sure to post my before and after when I am finished though!

    How are you finding it?

    wow ,i'm still on level 1 ,it's my 5th day now and I don't know if this work out is effective . is there any progress since the day u started???

    I thought that at first I have tried starting the shred umpteen times before but I always gave up before getting to level 2!! I measured myself after level 1 and I had lost 2 Inches off my stomach and that is my biggest problem area! Other areas had lost as well! Keep going :)

    i did the shred last month and just started ripped in 30 this week. I did notice a difference in how my clothing fits. I would post pics but im kinda shy :blush:

    I did 3 days of 30ds before I left for a work-related thing in Portland (along with eating at a deficit) and when I got back from Portland, despite eating a lil over my limit (but not too bad!), I'd lost 2 inches from my hips, an inch and a half from my waist, half an inch from my neck, half an inch from each thigh, 2 inches from my belly pooch- I seriously couldn't believe it. I can't wait to get home from the current trip I'm on so I can get back into it.

    It works. You'll lose more inches then weight which isn't a bad thing. Keep going. I'm on level 2 day 7 lost 5.5 inches within a week. Take pictures and measurements.

    I dunno...I'm on day 15 and I've only lost an inch around my chest (of course) and only .5 inch from my tummy and hips. Everything else is the same. Really hoping for some big changes over the next 15 days with the harder levels. I haven't weighed myself so I have no idea if I've lost weight.

    I am dieting, have about 15 lbs to lose.

    I just started yesterday. Really kicking my butt! But did notice I tolerated it a little better tonight. Hoping to see results!! Really would like to see result pics too of others!

    I lost an inch and a half off both waist and hips, but the real shocker is what happened to my region right
    over my belly button..... It went from 42" to 34".......in a month. Shocked but im not going to argue with it. Probably water weight but im still pretty happy about it:) please excuse the messy dorm room and potato quality pictures

    I just bought the DVD at Target - will start tomorrow. I am wondering what kind of results a squishy 54 year old woman will get. I will let you know!
