  • The high dose of progestin causes increase in appetite and after taking such a high dose it can take weeks for your hormones to get back to normal. I suppose it does effect everyone differently. And an update for me: I took plan b 3 weeks ago today and my appetite is now starting to get back to normal.
  • I took this stupid pill about 3 weeks ago and I'm super tired all the time, always hungry and have gained 16 lbs! I will never take this pill again. Now I feel so discouraged because I had lost 12 lbs and now I've gained that and then some.
  • I'm in Lex :)
  • Central Kentucky here. I guess that's midwest depending. Feel free to add me. It definitely motivates me to see other's success :)
  • Thanks everyone! and I will swing over to the motivation thread. I'm new to this site, but it definitely has helped so far. Maybe I'm just feeling a bit defeated today, but don't we all have our days where we feel defeated, but then do something that makes us feel good about ourselves :)
  • I use a tailors measuring tape to measure myself.
  • I've seen many. Every one has told me that nothing is wrong, I just have really bad periods. Thanks, though :)
  • Thanks, cookie :D
  • Again, I am *here* for friendly support, maybe motivation was the wrong word.
  • You're definitely not the type I wanted to respond. I came to the forum *for* support, not for you to give me a magic weight loss spell.
  • Minnie, that's great advice. I like your suggestion of just following my plan 3 times a week and every week increase. I think I do put way too much pressure on myself in every aspect of my life.
  • Pony, thanks for the encouragement! That's really what I need.
  • Yorria, I don't have a goal weight loss per week, heck, I can't even afford a scale lol. I was just trying to start off simply by watching calories and doing cardio/yoga. I have hobbies, but I should say I also have a couple conditions that keep me from being able to focus on things for too long, or to even leave the house…
