Glad it is not me too! I wonder if that is what was up last night when I was trying to post my food diary and I had to add an insane amount of calories because of a deficit that was too low. It's been that low before without issues. grrr

I was directed here after posting in another thread about my belly fat. Frankly, I don't understand how a bench press or pull ups will help flatten the tummy. Crunches? I am in for 110. I just wish I could figure out the darn ticker. Is it different for a Mac? Anyone? I did 91 in October and just logged on my home calendar but the ticker looks fun.
