I usually bike about an hour and a half to 2 hours about twice a week during the weekdays, but on weekends can stretch that much further as I have more time. You have to reward yourself, but in moderation. I had a hard day of working out and yes, I'm going to have a glass of red wine tonight. 1.44 so far, but just started diet and exercise program January 8th. I never thought about it in terms of gallons, but that really makes you think about how many hot wings I have lost so far...By my calculations, that's a little over 1009 hot wings in just 20 days. Now I'm motivated to keep going!
