  • Cardio is just as important as lifting. Your heart is a muscle and needs to be worked out. There are numerous benefits from cario. Do your research and you will see that cardio is a very important part of any excersize program.

  • Great job. I feel the same about this progam. I'm testing a little this week by bumping my "gross" calories up a bit but keeping my "net" aclories under the limit.   • I weigh in every monday morning before I get in the shower. Place the scale in the same place on the floor. I try and keep the same routine so that my weekly weigh in isn't skewed. I find myself looking forward to the weighin as a payoff for the previous weeks work.
