my calorie goal is 1309 and my dairy tells me 2,300 for sodium...Not always easy. I also switched to nu-salt and that helps some. I find when I stay away from processed foods and do my own cooking the sodium is not a issue.

I was on 1200 calories for the last month and only lost 3 lbs . My Health Advisor told me I was not eating enough and my body was NOT going to let go of any fat until I started feeding it. I am now eating 1309 plus any excerise calories i happened to earn....we will see what happens

I am 54 and having a hard time lossing weight as fast as I remember it comming off. I lost 100 lbs 10 years ago and it just fell off. my resting calories is 1800 , in order to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week I need to stay around 1200 calories. I am finding this very easy but I think some of it is in the mind. Stay with it and Good Luck

I like the Dannon Fit they only have 60 calories in 6 oz and are lower in sugar. I have tried all flavors and havent found a bad on. That is usually my breakfast w/ cup of fresh berries.....yummy

any movement is great. I started going to the GYM two to three times a week. Did that for 1month and nothing happened until I put the 1200 Calories with the visit to the gym and lost 8 lbs in the 1st two weeks. Good luck

I just started this two weeks ago and would love to have friends. I love this site and it is keeping me very motived I have lost 8 lbs and have many more to go.

Lost my first 8 lbs and working on the 200 mark also. 27 to go hopefully I can do that in the next three months
