W3D1 Ripped in 30 Level 1 in the books!!!!

I got the Power Circuit one and her Xtreme Abs one. I wanted an ABS DVD that soley focused on abs, no cardio and all of that. I also like that it is obly 15 minutes. I also have JM 6 week 6 pack, havent used it yet, but plan on adding it somehow to my rotation.

I still have two weeks left. So i will continue to check in as well. My next thing after this will be trying Jackie Warner. Got two of her DVDs yesterday.

W4 D4 done BFBM. It was my first time and i did the whole DVD, since i would be able to get any cardio in during lunch. I think i like this one too.

Completed W1D2 today No More Trouble Zones. I really like this one. I like that I am less out of breath and I feel like i am really toning. Dont get me wrong i was sweating like pretty well and still managed to burn 400+ calories ( hoping my HRM is accurate). Tomorrow is Ripped level 3. Anyone else out there just starting?…

Ok i want in. I went looking for BFBM today at Walmart and could not find it. I have shred, ripped and NMTZ, today i got 6week6pak. I am going to start in the moring with one of the dvds and then figure out my schedule. I wish i could have started when you guys did but better late then never.

Hi all. I started Ripped last night and i liked it. Level I was not super hard, but ti was less hard than what i anticipated. I was pouring sweat though when it was over.
