LOL thanks Rach. I am dying by the last circuit. You said your shoulder hurt? Try using smaller weights next week or none at all. Regardless, don't push it, if it hurts improvise.0 -

SO....I did not get started on this yesterday like is said i would...but i just order BFBM and although I am sure it will not come before Monday, I will be starting some type of rotation on Monday. My rotation will most likely consist of Ripped/NMTZ/Shred and then when the BFBm comes i will swap either shred or ripped, most likely shred.

I'd love to get on my eliptical but it's kinda broken. :sad: It works but is so horribly loud (makes a loud "clanking" noise) I can't stand it. I have a recumbant stationary bike too but it only runs by battery (doesn't plug in the wall as back up) and that part is broken so there is no way to adjust the resistance...I guess I'm too rough on my machines...lol.0 -
Okay, decided to do 30DS level 3 this morning I did really good, I guess I've built up my endurance because it really didn't wear me out like her workouts used to in the beginning.

Week 2 Day 5 finished!!! I pushed my butt hard on the elliptical. My HRM said my total burn was 738 calories for 55 min. I decided I would just stick to what MFP says :blushing:0 -

Yesterday was my "rest" day if you can call it that..lol. I cleaned house, cooked and ran errands! :sad:
Today I exercised 60 minutes on the elliptical. Talk about dead legs after! :sick:0 -

I traded my rest day from sunday to sat and yesterday completed sats workout which was NMTZ. Surprisenly its getting much easier now. Today is a double work out day... shred level 1 and quick NMTZ... wish me luck!0 -

Okay i finally got my butt up and starting this morning. I am still waiting on the BFBM so here is my schedule:
Day 1 Ripped Level 1
Day 2 Quick Trouble Zones
Day 3 Ripped Level 3 ( i absolutely hated level 2)
Day 4 6 Week pack of BFBM if it has arived
Day 5 Ripped Level 4
I felt good to be back in the saddle with JM after a two week hiatus.0 -

Completed W1D2 today No More Trouble Zones. I really like this one. I like that I am less out of breath and I feel like i am really toning. Dont get me wrong i was sweating like pretty well and still managed to burn 400+ calories ( hoping my HRM is accurate). Tomorrow is Ripped level 3. Anyone else out there just starting? Just looking for someone who will be finishing around the same time that i will be.0

I think your HRM is correct or mine must be completely off (hopefully not..lol) Then again I did the whole 55 min workout (warm up to cool down). My HRM registered 599.

Yes, I like the 6 week/6 pack. I just find that since it focuses mainly on core I need to also do some of her other DVD's in addition. Level 1 isn't too hard, I'm looking forward to trying level 2 next week.0
