Today I did week 4 of Ripped in 30. I figured since I had just finished RI30 about a week ago anyway I should go ahead and do the week 4 and not backtrack...lol. I looked for BFBM at the store yesterday and couldn't find it. I will keep looking before I order it online.

Wow everyone is totally on their game! I took a rest day yesterday (they say you need one once a week but man did I feel lame). Today I worked on the elliptical for 45 minutes (that felt excellent)

Ok i want in. I went looking for BFBM today at Walmart and could not find it. I have shred, ripped and NMTZ, today i got 6week6pak. I am going to start in the moring with one of the dvds and then figure out my schedule. I wish i could have started when you guys did but better late then never.0
