    Sorry I have been MIA.

    I traded my rest day from sunday to sat and yesterday completed sats workout which was NMTZ. Surprisenly its getting much easier now. Today is a double work out day... shred level 1 and quick NMTZ... wish me luck!

    good luck..that's going to be a killer

    Week 3 Day 1 Finished (30DS level 1) + 20 minutes on the elliptical - yeah I like the punishment...not! haha

    Okay i finally got my butt up and starting this morning. I am still waiting on the BFBM so here is my schedule:

    Day 1 Ripped Level 1
    Day 2 Quick Trouble Zones
    Day 3 Ripped Level 3 ( i absolutely hated level 2)
    Day 4 6 Week pack of BFBM if it has arived
    Day 5 Ripped Level 4

    I felt good to be back in the saddle with JM after a two week hiatus.

    Completed W1D2 today No More Trouble Zones. I really like this one. I like that I am less out of breath and I feel like i am really toning. Dont get me wrong i was sweating like pretty well and still managed to burn 400+ calories ( hoping my HRM is accurate). Tomorrow is Ripped level 3. Anyone else out there just starting? Just looking for someone who will be finishing around the same time that i will be.

    I think your HRM is correct or mine must be completely off (hopefully not..lol) Then again I did the whole 55 min workout (warm up to cool down). My HRM registered 599.

    Yes, I like the 6 week/6 pack. I just find that since it focuses mainly on core I need to also do some of her other DVD's in addition. Level 1 isn't too hard, I'm looking forward to trying level 2 next week.

    Im gettin so tired of JM!! So I havent done any of the videos this week. I am gonna chill today and try and get back on board tomorrow.

    W1D3 Complete. Ripped in 30 Level 3. OMG i totally forgot about those daggone duck walks and i cannot do tricep dips to save my life. I did not want to get up. I am really mentally exhausted, but oh well. I got confirmation that my Amazon order shipped, so maybe i will be able to do BFBM tomorrow, if not i will do NMTZ. Also since i will on the road Friday i will be doing Day 4 and 5 tomorrow.

    I completed week 3 day 3 yesterday- NMTZ. It took everything in me to get through it but I did.. as it turns out I got my monthly visitor, hopefully I am not too crampy to complete todays workouts which is the shred level 1 and 2

    Everyone is doing soo great... keep it up ladies!
