Fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meats. You can eat a LOT of veggies without going over your calorie limit. :D

Try omega-3 enhanced eggs. Two of them, over-medium, cooked in smart balance or olive oil. I eat eggs every morning whether I'm dieting or not, and they curtail my appetite well into the afternoon.

Didn't that Atkins dude die of a heart attack? Balance is key. Eat natural foods, stay away from processed fats and sugars. Don't worry so much about sugar that comes from fruit, veggies, and nuts. It's there for a reason!

If your fat is coming from natural sources like the ones you've cited, I say go for it. Just limit yourself to that one serving. :)
