I also did the 30 Day shred back in March and had good results.. Went on holiday in April and have slacked ever since. Starting again tomorrow,although life seems so busy at the moment, not sure i'm going to be able to do everyday. Good Luck!

no i generally did it 5 days a week as I go to an aerobics class on mondays and a step class on thursdays so didnt do it those days :)

I think the fact that i've got a bit of a cold and not feeling 100% may have something to do with it... but, I shall carry on regardless! At least its only 30mins ;)

Finished Level 1, Day 4 Surprisingly, I found it harder today than yesterday. Still doing the 'girly' press-ups.. no where near strong enough for proper ones. I have a step aerobics class tomorrow so Day 5 may not be til Friday

I completed Level 1 day 1 yesterday and day 2 today. Aching like mad but enjoying it :) I normally go to an aerobics class on Mondays & Thursday which I would like to still do. Should I do the 30 day shred as well on these days or miss a day and do day 3 on Tuesday?
