30 Day Shred - Level 3, Day 1
Just finished day 1, level 3 and omg, that was hard!! Rockstar jumps?? My body just didnt want to do them! Felt like I was going to die... again! Hopefully it'll get easier, just as the other levels have :)

After 30DS?
After I complete 30DS i'm going to have around 10 days before I go on holiday. What do you think I should do? Repeat level 3 of 30DS or start a new dvd - ripped in 30, buns & thighs or BFBM? Teresa x

Think I may have got a bit too comfortable with level 1 cos I'm really struggling with level 2! Completed day 2 today - hopefully it'll get easier over the next few days Teresa x
