Shannon, I feel your pain. I too have trouble with my mask. I started with the soft nasal pillow because I get claustrophobic with my mask on. I too rip my mask off while I'm sleeping. I am using a brand new mask now that is a little better, a really soft one (like the nasal pillow but covers just around the mouth and…

Welcome Mrs. Leo! Check your ego at the door cuz we are all in this together and we all have our own issues with food. No matter what your particular issues are, you'll find help and support here.

I've never heard of it but it looks interesting and certainly sounds logical. I bookmarked for future reference. Thanks!

I did days 1, 2, and 3 first thing in the morning Mon, Tue, Wed but THIS morning could not get myself motivated for Day 4. My thighs still ache! (though not as badly as yesterday). Is this how the 30 day shred is supposed to work? Does JM fully expect the workout to be 20 minutes EVERY day? Just asking here. Thanks…

My husband made it last night and it was soooooo good. He just put it in the crock pot, fat side up, covered with water, added seasoning packet. He added some WIckles pickle juice and potatoes and the chopped cabbage. It was delicious. Good luck and enjoy!

I'm no expert, but I think it's an option. If you intake 1200 to lose the weight, but you exercise and burn extra calories, you can add those calories back as food (your body needs the energy for the muscles to work properly). If you can't eat the extra calories back, then you might lose faster, but in WW it was always an…

Today was my first day doing the Shred. I loved it! I have felt so strong all day and even did my normal Curves workout this evening in addition to my Shred this morning. I'm sorry I can't report results yet, but stay tuned. I had my hubby take a before photo this morning and I weighed in and I will do the same in 29 days…

Look at all the Floridians! Yay! We should start a Sunny FL support group. I am on the Treasure Coast, that's on the east coast between Melbourne and Stuart. Please add me if you'd like a more local buddy. I'm originally from Baltimore, but I've been a Floridian for 20 years now, first on the west coast (Tampa then St.…

Welcome. I am new here too. I think the journaling really helps with accountability. Best of wishes to you as you work towards your goals!

As a fellow Potter LOVER (even though I m so much older than you, but my daughters are also Potter nerds, so you know, it's ALL good!) I would love to help you and provide support. I was in your situation when I was a senior in high school, and here I am almost 25 years later and I haven't practiced what I know is good…

I'll be your friend! I only joined 2 days ago and I LOVE the support. Welcome!

Here's my $0.02 - I felt the same way and when I was directed to this website I was so pleased to find it had so many similar tools as WW and especially pleased to find it's free. I just re-joined WW (for the 4th or 5th time in Feb 2011) and at the same time joined Curves. Well, I quickly realized I can't afford both, and…

I'm in as well. I like the weekly weigh in/measurement check in idea. I just bought the level one instant video on Amazon for $1.99 and when I'm ready for level 2 that'll be an additional $1.99 and so on for level 3. It has gotten phenomenal reviews. Can't wait!

What a wonderful compliment for you! Now go buy yourself something new that fits....and if you're still losing then make sure you don't spend too much (go to TJ Maxx, Ross or Cato) and indulge yourself!

Thank you Wanda. Much obliged!

Thanks all so much for your advice. I'll probably have them deliver me a to-go box with my meal so I can split it up immediately (otherwise I tend to just keep on eating until I'm miserable. But I do intend to enjoy my lunch. Cheers!
