Last week when I decided to put my navel piercing back in (just to see if the hole was still viable after 5 years of not having anything in it). I had inferior jewelry in, and leaned over the sink to rinse after cleaning it...and my belly hung over that edge no problem. I'm spending time now to clear my entire MFP history…

Do you have a step counter or other activity monitor? Maybe just log it as 25 minutes jogging, as you were doing that.

The first step is the hardest, but the one that causes the most change. Good for you for coming back here! I had to start with my water intake and what I wasn't drinking. Tracking that to start made it easier to add additional things ( high protien breakfasts...then lunches...then snacks...) to the tracking list. Good Luck…

herbalife's shakes are pretty decent, especially mixed with milk. If they are not mixed well, they tend to taste powdery, but the powder is flavourful!

I like the idea of leaving work. but its not always feasible. I like to go for a walk or do some yoga stretches. Sometimes moving onto a different subject while working helps too!

I'm new too! A friend of mine encouraged me to join as a way to keep track of a challenge we're working on (first one to lose 20lbs in 2014). We're both on different meal regimes, excersise schedules and starting weight/build/etc, so its been fun trying to beat him! Add away ladies and gents. It's always nice to have…
