I LIKE MY UPPER ARMS!!!! I feel confident going out in a tank top, and I don't feel like I'm waving around 'bat wings' they have firmed up and I have some guns starting to show :)

Apparently it's a site wide thing... I didn't have fitbit checked under 'steps' in the app. Here's how to do it :) Mines fixed for today, but guess not for the last 3 days.. oh well working again so.. I had the same issue, and the answer is in their help section. It worked for me. Instructions copied and pasted below…

I haven't had a calories adjustment since Wednesday and I should have. .... The fitbit is talking and syncing to the app and the phone, but it's not relaying to MFP my calorie adjustment... I'll try putting in a workout and seeing if it get's with it...

When I had lost 58 lbs.... I went up to Alaska to do fish processing, had to take a HUGE bag. I was lugging that thing around at the bus depot. Decided to weight it was 48 lb! I was in the same 'OMG! no wonder I move better now!" GREAT JOB!

My chiropractor gave me the best weight loss advice... under 100 net carbs a day- you lose, 100-150 net carbs a day - you maintain, and over 150 net carbs- you gain....I too was not losing at the time and when I went back and checked my journal vrs my gains, loses and plateaus I was eating the carb amounts listed above...…

I just had to send another complaint about my neighbors for the same reason... I don't care if it's the middle of the day, if I can hear your music/tv/anything.. it's too loud and needs to be turned down or off.. Totally report that !

Yeah, the more I eat healthy and the longer I do it.. when I do go back and eat something I used to love, it doesn't taste as good ... but I just look at it like a good thing. Have had less cravings for those kinda of 'bad' food :)

Yeah, it can be a real eye-opener... I was eating 5000-6000 cals a day before I started my journey, and you wonder why I was gaining 15 lbs a month... lol but now you know and now you can change :) Good luck!

OMG YES!!! in the last 7 years I've lost 125 lbs.. went from a 24 to a 6! I'm STILL adjusting to the new (apparently) 'hot' me as I keep getting called.... past boyfriends drool harder now than when they did when we were together..... I've lost few friends cause I'm not 'fat' anymore and they can't handle the new healthier…

Thanks I do weight and measure everything so I know that's accurate. Fitbit will subtract any calories if I add and activity, and I wear a heart rate monitor when I work out.I know they aren't perfect..but better than what MFP says.
