Another major thing for me is to allow yourself a cheat meal! Not every day of course, but every now and then. Personally I don't really plan mine. But I listen to my body and when it's really craving a treat I'll have one. It usually ends up being every 2-3 weeks.

I weigh the eggs raw and log them, and then measure the milk and log that. Save it as a meal so you can always go back to it :) But things that have more than 1 ingredient I always log each ingredient separately.

I love yummly.com. Amazing website filled with lots of recipes and most have the calorie/nutrition count. 1200 calories a day isn't easy. MFP has me set at 1290 to lose 1lbs/week. June 9th - all green again. Failed as a fast day, but still less than half of my tdee so im still counting it and I'll add another day later in the week to make up for it :) technically for this challenge im 2/2 days green

How can something that tastes so good, be bad? :O If it fits inside your calorie allotment then it's good, if not then have them another day :) Weight loss is purely about calories. If you're talking about your health then they're not the best food to be consuming, but everything in moderation

Some people manage fine while not counting calories. You learn how to portion control and when to stop yourself. For my, I think I'll always count calories and plan in advance. I like knowing exactly how much I'm eating, I'm a bit of a control freak!

I had the same eye opener a couple of years ago! Id snack inbetween meals and never count because it was only a couple of bites or only one biscuit. It was all adding up!

Im considering it. I started it before but i got bored because of how repetitive it is. Im also under a tine restraint, but i did enjoy it. Maybe I'll start it again and just do 1 of each circuit . So a 15 min workout and then do longer workouts on the weekend .
