I do know that apple cider vinegar has general all-around health benefits. I know someone who takes a swig before every meal (so gross) and it's supposed to help balance blood sugar levels.

From my experience in babysitting, being a mom IS EXERCISE! Try including them in your "exercise" by playing games, going on walks, pulling them in a wagon (my mom used to do that and she had amazing legs) or swimming with them in a pool, ride bikes, etc. This also can help your kids to learn to have a healthy, active…

I would try subbing in "real" for your snacky foods. Instead of having 2 packages of fruit snacks, have an apple and an orange, or an apple with a little peanut butter. Instead of honey roasted peanuts, try raw almonds - you can have more per serving and almonds have more nutritional value and make you feel fuller.
