The nutritional needs of someone on a medically necessary Keto diet vs. non-medically needed keto diet is very different so that isn't really indication that keto is dangerous. Also, lowered my high cholesterol in all areas in 4 months of low carb... sooo... I am not one of the 5%.

I have Graco, most of them can easily fit an infant carrier and some come with their own. Prices range from $170- $300 + depending on brand. Look for all-terrain if you live in a developing area (my own neighborhood was county and now transitioning to city, so lots of places don't have sidewalks)

Oooh, C-section and stitches. A jogging stroller will be good even for walking especially if you're a naturally fast walker. :)

Please rest your body. YOU JUST GAVE BIRTH! Whatever feeding style you choose can influence the weight you lose, but don't go hardcore about weightloss, there are more important things than a number on a scale.

I am not here to diet, I am here to change my life. It includes low carb, high fat *sarcastic gasp* and a calorie deficit of 1400 or so. It's a struggle because of how I was raised and how I see food, but if I can have only 4 problem days out of 30, I think I'm doing something right.

Yes, and because I am prone to attacks caused by exacerbation I take my rescue inhaler 10min before I begin and that prevents any attacks from happening.

This whole bunch of shenanigans is only because there was a rash of vegan parents who were not feeding their children enough to provide adequate nutrition. Veganism is a great eating style IF you know how to get all your nutrients from it, which some people are not educated enough and so suffer for it.

Pinterest is the best place to find recipes for keto. Are you looking for egg-fast friendly cloud bread? If not, there are recipes out there that involve sour cream and protein powder.

I really don't eat breakfast, I might have a fatty coffee but usually I can go until 4-6pm before really feeling the need to eat... except lately... sharkweek T_T

I've tested 4+ hrs after eating, it was 69. I think that's good but I've never taken a fasting blood glucose. Something to try tomorrow.
