i love it! its so true and good for you for speaking your mind and telling it how it is. and i def agree with calling women skinny. when i do hit my goal weight i still wont be skinny because im so short but i will be fit.....i dont wanna be skinny and if people start calling me that im not sure how i will react. keep up…

yes! buy tumaro's gourmet tortillas- low carb. the salsa ones are 96% FF- 50 cals, 11 carbs, 6 fibers and SODIUM? just 90 mg! they are awesome! i use them all the time. i buy them at giant....not in the bread/ tortilla area. i find them on a short metal stand in front of where you order seafood or chinese food. We could help u better if u open up ur diary. Too much sodium, carbs and Sugar will stall weight loss. Put those on ur tracker to make sure u know what's goin into ur body. thats actually the first place i see results. ive always had thicker thighs so when i do workout they tone up easier than my stomach or arms. it usually takes me about 3 weeks of 5 days cardio/3 days weights a week to see definition

i use body fortress chocolate or care one rich chocolate. they are both whey and sometimes i add fruit. its so delicious that way, like chocolate covered strawberries or bananas.

I have read in many articles that if you wanna lose belly fat then lower your carbs and up your protein. i never really heard it for bloated bellys tho. if you feel bloated then you should try it for a couple of days and see if it starts to feel better
