Maybe it is the "quality" of the calories you are consuming? If you are eating alot of processed foods that could be your problem. I would suggest eating whole foods at least 90% of the time.

mabye look at what your eating like the carbs and sugar? or change up ur routine a little.0

Make sure you are taking in enough calories and eating into your exercise calories. This same thing happened to me and I increased my calorie intake and ate into my exercise calories and have started dropping weight again. Also, take your measurements. You are probably losing inches.0

excellent suggestions everyone. ive been doing slim fast .. two shakes instead of meals a day, and a 500-600 cal meal. sometimes my cals eaten fall below 1200. could that also be it?0

We could help u better if u open up ur diary. Too much sodium, carbs and Sugar will stall weight loss. Put those on ur tracker to make sure u know what's goin into ur body. I had been the same weight for 3 weeks so i lowered my carbs, sugar and sodium and i up'd my protein. Done that 4 5 days and lost a lb. Just try something new with ur diet and watch ur intakes Girly! You'll get through it!!!!0

While the slimfast might be handy, it is not really that good for losing weight. I second the comment that without seeing your food diary we really can't help.0

My trainer's motto with me for months has been "your not eating enough"! I resisted and resisted inspite of the fact that I wasn't losing weight on a restricted calorie diet with 5-6 days a week of consistant exercise. After 3 months of no progress, I hit my deadend 2 weeks ago and asked him to help me with my nutrition. He increased my calories by 1,000 a day (seems like a lot but that includes my exercise calories burned) and I eat 6 meals a day of high quality food! The best part is...it's actually working! I've lost 4 inches mostly in my waist and hips, .5 pound and .5% of body fat! I know the scale numbers don't seem like a lot but it is in the right direction which it hasn't gone in months. I also can see the difference when I look at myself which is such a relief! I was terrified I was going to gain weight instantly...I didn't! I am so happy that I listened to him and gave it a chance!
So my new mantra to those that eat 1200 calories and aren't losing "your not eating enough"!0
