  • I love to save some calories to eat later in the day as I hang out at home but I would try to keep that to only an extra few hundred. If I plan to workout I'd eat more calories earlier in the day rather than have 900 calories sit in my belly all night.

  • Try doing something else that keeps your hands busy. Something you would enjoy so it doesn't seem like a chore. Maybe a sport, game or a craft and sometimes chores keep you occupied enough that there isn't enough time to over eat.

  • If you go to a Chirco they will brobaly need x-rays to see if there is a problem. I don't let anyone touch my next but they have done wonders on my lower back which gives out occasionally.
