Oh my gosh that is so annoying right! It is ok if you are cooking for more than just yourself as you can weigh it after but if you are just making one portion how do you know how much to cook?!!? Such a bizar idea not to put the uncooked amount on the pack..

I started Week 6 yesterday - On week 1 day 1 I struggled with running 60 seconds so to have got this far is a huge achievement for me! I would strongly recommend this program to anyone, no matter how fit/unfit you are - it IS possible :)

Cross Trainer (I think that is the same as an Eliptical in America) burns quite a bit as does running and cycling - remember that the heavier you are the more calories you burn so someone who is say 250lb's and does 30 minutes of biking will burn far more than someone who is 150lb's doing 30 minutes of biking...

Oh gosh - that was a far more dramatic response than what I was expecting!! Thank you for your advice though however in England you have to be referred by your GP to see anyone remotely specialist (i.e. a Dermatologist) and I wouldn't get a referral for a few spots..

I usually go on my way home from work - unfortunatly my gym is only open from 5pm - 10pm on a weekday and 10am - 4pm at the weekend. Very annoying but it is conveniently located on my way home from work..

Somebody said this to me at work this morning when I told them I had lost 2 stone. I replied - 'I might look alright with my clothes on but YOU SHOULD SEE ME NAKED! - That is when I WANT to look good'. That bought silence to the room pretty quickly.
