Intrigue is getting the better of me.... Care to expand?0

There is a poly group on here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/2900-poly-fit
but I haven't seen anything that's directed for people who are into BDSM (I presume that's what you're referring to)
If it helps, I know there are fitness groups on Fetlife.com, but honestly I don't see how it's really that relevant to fitness/health! I am "lifestyle" too, add me if you wish :-)0 -
Okay so I have now read your profile.. all becomes clear!0

Fetlife is way to fat girl friendly... we try to support each other but munches and potlucks every week and encouraging chocolate for aftercare. I try.0

Chocolate is not required for aftercare! You can have fruit, you can pack small boxes of nuts/dried fruit.
You can always say no.0 -
I like the fruit idea... Sir and I have been bringing veggie trays to everything and lately I've been living off the carrots on those things. He and my Secondary both want to get in shape but have little to no drive so hoping me taking the first steps will encourage them.0

In my opinion you need to take control of your eating back. There are other ways to establish/maintain your dynamic, without your Sir telling you what to eat especially if he is going to make unhealthy choices for you.
And another thing. Aftercare does not have to involve food!!0 -
That's actually a new thing we just started. Im hoping with this being able to print out my diaries we can work on this issue together.0

Aftercare doesn't involve food... for me it does. Im a heavy impact, blood/knife player. Food is a great way to bring me back without dropping hard.0

Me too. I've found it works out fine if I make sure I eat enough beforehand, and afterwards I'll be ok with some tea/coffee. I prioritise eating prior to play, and also eating prior to driving home if it's late at night/a long way to go. You might want to experiment with different foods so you are not stuck having chocolate bars etc, convenient though they may be0
