An idea would be to do 10 minutes of jumping jacks, everyday if you desire, and each time trying to better what you did the day before. That's cardio and, low impact, I believe. Also to mix-up when you go walking, you can do walking lunges, butt kickers, and high knees.

There's a water I buy sometimes called Hint. It's naturally flavored w/fruit essence they have quite a few diff flavors. My favs are raspberry lime, blackberry, and watermelon. I've got it from Giant Eagles for $1.89 for a 16oz bottle.

I recently ordered Nature Box, a company who ships healthy snacks to your home (I ordered the $20 a month option). I liked everything in my box. They have a lot of different options for different palates. Also stick to the suggested serving size, of whatever you decide to eat.

I mainly workout at home. I have been doing jumping jacks, as many as I can for 10 mins (260) and walking up and down all the stairs in my house for 10 mins. Both are good cardio workout. I really feel the muscles in my thighs.

I didn't have a set day, but if I lose 20 lbs by June 30th, I'll probably be at my goal weight. Which would be great. Pls I could always use more inspiration etc:-)

Here are my 3 new fav exercise DVDs. They are not too long, theres not a whole bunch of crazy moves to learn, and I feel good afterwards. DVDs would help. Another suggestion is, if you live somewhere where there are stairs, walk up and down them for 10 mins. Great cardio. For example. I live in a 3 story house, attic, basement, living area, I would walk from the attic to the basement for 10 mins. You could even incorporate some strengthening moves for a rest…
