It is intense and insane! This is the first DVD that I have ever actually yelled at the TV! I love it but I am a cardio freak and I hate lifting weights! I would burn between 400 and 600 calories each time! Try it out, it is great!

When you run longer distances your body starts holding on to more for a few days or so, just in case you burn that many calories again you body want to be ready! I ran the marathon in October and the week after I gained and lost 7 pounds! Good luck with your half marathon at the end of the month!

I have had PCOS for 6 years and the best thing I have found to trying to keep carb to a minimum. I am doing low carb now and I have finally gotten over the hump that I was stuck at for months. Good luck!

Hello, I have had a bad weekend, I am hoping to go for a run this evening but we will see. I ran on Thursday but it was only 4.5 miles, so I am due for a long run. Hopefully my shin splints will have calmed down because they have really been holding me back from running farther and faster. Jen

I wear two sports bras and then a workout tank with the built in bra and I don't move!! During the day, I wear Lane Bryant's brand of full coverage bras and I love them!

I also have the biggest loser kitchen scale and I had never really thought about the accuracy of it until just now! So I weighed all of the english muffins left in the package, the package said it should be 52g and the scale said 55g, 55g, 54, and 52g! So now I think that the package is a rough estimate! I burned 340 doing Pure Cardio yesterday, I am 26, 5'5 and 188 pounds. I have a Polar F7 is was around $100 but I believe there are cheaper models, it is so worth it though! Good Luck!

Yes, if you both were eating 1200 calories but only one was working out you would both lose weight but the other one would be healthier and would be losing fat, but you would be losing more muscle, so you would be basically all fat. It's like people who are anorexic, yeah they are 80 pounds but they are 80 pounds of fat.…

I eat 1600 daily and I lose 1-2 pounds per week and some weeks I only workout once or twice!
