  • I have a half marathon coming up on March 21, another on April 3, and another on May 2-sprinkled in between the 2nd and 3rd half is a sprint triathlon and then the season of triathlon begins...3 sprint tris and 2 olympic distance tris...I'm getting tired just thinking about it!
  • Thanks, Fab Fifty! I ran outside today-New York weather was beautiful this morning-32 degrees feels balmy!!!! Good for you for getting your workout in as well! Hope dinner was good-I hit around 1500 calories today and have many more in the bank, but I'm not hungry now....I will just have my weight watchers pop for dessert…
  • got my 12 miles in this morning-felt great-now just chillin' and eatin' clean for the rest of the day!
  • I'm in too! I've got a 12 mile run scheduled first thing in the a.m. and then clean eating the rest of the day! I will report back tomorrow night!
  • hey gypsygal! good for you for tracking your food intake. from experience, I can tell you that my run times have dropped significantly since losing about 10 lbs. I have 5 more I want to take off and that's why I'm here. Keep up the good work! btw, what events do you run? I'm a marathon, half marathon and triathlete
  • Eat those calories so your body doesn't go into "starvation mode" and hang onto the weight!!!! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Hey TR! I'm new here too-take it one day at a time and don't beat yourself up if you slip a little. I don't have as much to lose, but those last 5 are truly the hardest! Let's keep each other motivated! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
