Hubby and I are doing Atkins... I am on Induction he is on OWL. I eat 20 gr a day...12-15 are from Veggies......I have lost 12.6 lbs since May 11th......a couple stalls when not eating enough.....LOVE LOVE Low Carb eating, feel spectacular!

I eat Low carb, and I do not eat all the things you mentioned. I love it. I feel GREAT! And you can maintain this eating lifestyle your entire life. Thanks a million for looking out for me! I had a taco salad...ground meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream! IT WAS Delish and 11.5 carbs!!!!!!

Not a chain restaraunt and I am feeling that I could control my food best if I eat Chinese at this point. I eat Atkins, I am not afraid of some fats....just the carbs...YIKES...ok wish me luck...

Are you a grown person? Tell Mamma you don't want the honey anymore? Is there a belief or something that is making her do this...such as a religious type? Your eyes should get better fast, it is one thing that heals quickly....tell her you are not putting honey in your eyes......PERIOD. Good luck <3

It is the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. My hubby says it is hard to find, 1 Game Stop had it....He love it.....feels like he is boxing...I am gonna have to alternate between Golds Gym Workout and Just Dance 2 myself..... Love this Wii thang :P

Thanks, I am glad to be 1 step above "nothing" so, at least I know I am moving...and I know they are working cause my turd husband is "moderate".....will maybe just get into 20 grams for a few days and retest then....goal to stay in the fuscia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the tips.

I do allow myself 1 table spoon and search out the lowest in carbs I can find, 1 tablespoon on a wrap or in a spoon is all I do have...amazing how sweet it is when you are off sugar.

Peanut Butter is not the lowest carb, but I have a tablespoon on my Bacon wrap before a workout.....its a favorite, so it is basically a 7 carb wrap.....
