Fitness Trainer Nina - Golds Gym Boxing for the Wii

KICKED MY BUTT. I did about 10 mins of it after watching my husband do it for 30 mins....yeah it kicked my butt....my abs are sore today....LOVE THIS WII THING.....SO GREAT!

    It's my FAV game, I do it all the time. My hubby and I did it for about an hour on Sunday, definately work our butts :laugh:

    I Love my trainer Nina, :happy: I always go for the prepare workout. I just don't like the jump rope practice. :angry: :explode:

    I love it too! very good work out for your whole body. I find my sides and back muscles are sore afterwords!

    Me Too!! I hav gotten up to min. 30 min per day now...if I had an hour at lunch I wuld so be there. Sometimes I can squeeze in and extra bit in the evenings. I am addicted to trying eah level at least once, unlocking more as I go.

    I love this too! I got it last week and have been doing it pretty much everyday. my arms were so sore after 3 days I needed to get some cream for them lol. I also hate the jump rope practice because I can't do more than a couple in a row... makes me feel stupid because I can jump rope in real life but not virtually hehehe.

    It is the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. My hubby says it is hard to find, 1 Game Stop had it....He love it.....feels like he is boxing...I am gonna have to alternate between Golds Gym Workout and Just Dance 2 myself.....

    I ordered mine from amazon.com and I heard they have it at walmart right now for 15 dollars.
