Absolutely! It depends on you and your instructor. I sometimes wear a heart rate monitor when I want to know exactly how much I am burning. If I am in a class with a high energy instructor, and I keep up with the high energy pace, I will burn between 500-600 calories. Last year I did a Zumba-thon (hour and a half) and I…

That is fantastic! Thank you for posting - my situation is very similar to yours and this is very inspiring! Good job and keep up the great work!

If it's good quality (grass fed) I would simply enjoy a Paleo burger. Otherwise, you could make a meatloaf? I used coconut flour as the binder last time - it was yummy!

It's absolutely sustainable - it just takes a clean eating diet. The easiest way is to start by eliminating packaged foods. I've even gotten to the point where I make my own ketchup (It tastes so much fresher anyway!)

If you want a pure paleo dressing, this nut based recipe gives you that creamy texture. It's similar to a Caesar dressing.... 1/4 cup cashews 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp sea salt pinch of onion powder 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1/2 clove garlic

Smoothie every single morning. I LOVE my Vitamix! Base is always a cup of coconut milk. I add in 1-2 servings of fruit (usually mixed berries and a small chunk of banana) and 1-2 servings of veggies (kale, spinach, cucumber are my go-to veggies) and 1 tbsp. chia seeds.

Yes! That is the only reason I'm using MFP, is to keep track of total carbs, not the calories (but it's neat to see that I naturally end up in a fairly low calorie range because I'm so satiated!) My goal is around 50g (or less if I can) of carbs a day, as I have a lot of fat to lose.

Yes, me! I just (re-joined) MFP this week. I'm now following the Paleo lifestyle, as it fits very well with someone who cannot have gluten or dairy (I just found out I'm intolerant to dairy). I'm doing awesome with this lifestyle! Feel free to add me.
