My favorite exercise when I can't get out of the house are my stairs in the house, I highly recommend this to everyone, you can burn twice the calories in a short amount of time, I do 30 minutes and it works up a fantastic sweat, my legs feel stronger and look alot better!

That's the truth like no other, I have a gym membership and have found that I like using my own body weight instead of going to the gym. Running with my dog, push ups on the stairs in my house, lunges on the stairs, those things really work once you stick with it.

I have a gym membership but I recently discovered stairs. Where I live there is a bible college that has 26 flights that consist of 109 steps going uphill, this is the best free workout I have come across so far. I joined late in the week but managed to hit the targeted 3500 calories, Monday I'll start from scratch. Thank you guys again for this challenge it is so keeping me on track....I'm loving it!

I'm guessing water retention, try raw cabbage juice, alot of people wouldn't think to use it but it's great for water retention and many other things....beware it smells awful but doesn't taste like anything.
