    Slow start today but I forgot to bring my headphones to the gym :( It's hard to stay on the elliptical when I'm BORED! Tomorrow I will do more, and hit some more machines. Tested out the hand cycle thingy today and that was cool. Might be a good thing for me to start doing daily.

    Hey guys, I'm definitely in for a fourth time! I somehow got lost in la la land last week, and totally sidetracked from all of my goals. I am back, and ready to get moving this week!     Man I am finally back with a vengeance LOL started boot camp this week and ready to rock it
