    Mon: NADA (sat on my *kitten* all day and ate too much Memorial Day food)
    Tues: 635 (wii bowling, wii tennis, walk in the park, cleaning) Couldn't hit the gym (forgot I had a blood donation appt today) so I tried to make up for it.
    Wed: 1275 (85 mins on the elliptical, 15 min cool-down walk)
    Thur: 1175 (73 mins elliptical, 30 min walk)

    What is dance off the inches? is it a DVD?

    Yes it is a dvd. I use it on Netflix. It's a little like Zumba. There are several different levels and its a fun workout.
