Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

I'm in again this week, although I met my goal this past week I'm heading into hell week at work and not sure how much time I will have to exercise but I will try my best. Good luck everyone! :happy:0

:sad: i am slowly turnin in2 the fatty that i was workin 2 hard not 2 b. it is my fault i know, lousy diet, not enough excersise. tommorrow am we weigh in. so this wk i challenge me 2 eat a little better, get on my treadmill not less then 10 mins ( after dinner ) & cross my fingers & toes that on the followin mon i mite see at least a 1 1/2 - 2 lb loss... i wear a perdometer 2 work every day, i count my steps, etc. so i am goin 2 try very hard on this challenge also..0

Thank you very much for keeping up this challenge! It has been keeping me accountable the past 4 weeks! I started with 3,000 and have upped my calorie burn target by 500/week since. Last week, I exceeded my 4,500 target. This week, I'll target 5,000 calories.

:happy: I Rocked my goal of 5500 last week plus 432 calories over. It literally left me with no time to do anything else so this week I am going to aim a little lower.

I'm back in...sat out last week because life was just crazy with all of this tornado mess here in Joplin. I'm going to set my goal at 3,500 instead of my normal 4,200 (since I never could reach that one anyway) and hopefully be able to fit in workouts amongst all the other craziness!0

I know this is off topic, but wanted to say that I am keeping everyone in Joplin (and their families, as well as people in the surrounding areas) in my thoughts.0 -
This challenge is definitely one of my favorites!! I rocked my goal of 4000 last week, so am upping the ante once again...4500 here I go!! I love the accountability...and thanks to this, I've loss over 4lbs in the two weeks I've participated! For week 3, I'm looking to lose another 2...each week brings me closer to my 20lb goal! Whoooohoooo, let's get it!!! :bigsmile:
