Hi! Its been a while since I have used MFP. (It actually took almost a week for them to let me back in!) My settings must have changed as I had no notifications for some reason, then lots! I have seen I missed my weigh in on Sunday, and as its now Saturday(albeit early hours) I'll log my current weight tomorrow.

You can roast beetroot? I prefer them on their own or sometimes with chicken. (i've been told many times I have weird food habits) Sometimes from a jar, more often than not I get them from my stepdad who is a green grocer.
