Hey that sounds awesome. I'm the same! I go from eating amazing all day then I see chocolate, popcorn, or someone offers takeaways and it all goes to hell  really need the motivation to stick with it too!

And yes again. I should really go get a check up. But hoping to shrink my sugar intake before hand and get into a better lifestyle so it is a little more accurate

Yes! Everyone has different opinions. Was just seeing if people consider them a waste of money. Going by MFP I only get in like 10-30% of my iron, vit a and a few other's needs. In the long run I hope to eat whole, healthy foods with lots of veg and lean meat to get it up to 70-100% but I'm still new, and my current…

I have a wolf, I designed the tattoo myself inspired by the tv show game of thrones. A lot more work to be done, and thinking I may change the tree up in the future. That was it freshly after I had it finished. I also have a horse shoe and brand of my horse around my wrist.

Yea haha over the cleansing now. One of my Facebook friends constantly posts about isagenix, and how it has helped her. Not with losing weight, but being healthy. Since buying the shakes, I've heard some pretty bad things others have mentioned but have decided, oh I will wait it out, I will love it soon. No. If the program…

I know all about 5:2, I used to do it, and lost quite a bit. Thanks for that info on the cleansing. I know plenty of combacks that isagenix people would say to the fact it's not needed, but I'm starting to feel that it is a bit of a waste of money.

This is my first tattoo, and it is of my horses brand  I only got it done mid February, and I plan to extend it further soon.

Sticking to your BMR I believe is best. You get a decent amount of calorie intake, and you should be eating at a maintenance level. If your throw in extra exercises, you can always eat more, or save those calories so you will be eating less than what you burn, which means you will lose weight

I will have to look into Aloe Vera! I have no kids, but have stretch marks on my belly from putting on weight a little to fast! I am in the losing process now though, so feeling good! I usually rub this scar oil I got from a gypsy fair on the, it has heaps of vitamins in it, and it was doing okay :)

Feel free to add me as well  That goes for anyone. I have been dieting on and off for 3 years now, and I have finally figured out a way that works for me. I do not have a child but I am in the process of losing about 20kgs :)

Following as well. I am 19 and have been on the bigger side all of my life, however over the past 3 years I have gone up 2 dress sizes that I would love to lose, and even a bit more. Worst part is, I have awful stretch marks on my belly (why I got them, I have no clue) and I am a little worried I will have loose skin as…
