Good smoothies?

So I failed at making a mixed berry smoothie. These are the main items I can work with, but will potentially buy others if they sound super nice!

-Frozen Mixed Berries
-Yoghurt (un sweetened)
-Milk
-Mixed Seeds (chai,sunflower,flaxseed)
-Protein Powder (still yet to buy, vanilla or strawberry?)

    Vanilla protein powder is more versatile, I would get that. I sneak veggies into all my smoothies, here's one of my faves:

    1 cup frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)
    1 orange
    1/2 cup spinach leaves
    1 carrot (if your blender is strong enough to handle this)
    1 tbsp honey
    1 scoop protein powder
    water

    you can add seeds and yogurt to this as well :)

    Check out simplegreensmoothies.com they have a ton of great recipes for free. I just started a 30 day green smoothie challenge (1 a day for only one meal replacement for 30 days). So far on day 5 and loving it! A lot of good recipes, I'm obsessed!
